1. About this policy

2. What is personal information

Personal information is information or an opinion about an identified individual, or an individual who can reasonably be identified from it, whether or not it is true and whether or not it is recorded in a material form. It does not include information that has been permanently de-identified.

  • Delivery addresses, site access notes, bin placement details and permit details
  • Details of the job and the waste being disposed of, including any waste classification information the law requires
  • Booking history, invoices, statements and payment records (we do not store full card numbers; card payments are processed by our payment provider)
  • Messages you send us by phone, SMS, email, our online forms or the chat assistant on our website
  • Photographs of bin placement or bin contents taken by our drivers for safety, compliance and billing
  • If you apply for a job: your resume, licences, qualifications, work history and referee details

We do not ask for sensitive information (such as health or criminal history) unless it is directly relevant, for example a medical fitness declaration for a driving role, and then only with your consent.
